Smoked Beer Can Turkey (Gluten Free)

Too bad we didn't get a picture of the bird after it was cooked, but this is what it looked like before we put it on the BBQ. It turned out wonderfully. Very tender and full of flavour.

To make it Gluten Free, we substituted beer with white wine and apple juice. You could use GF beer if you have some, but engineers seldom cook with beer as that is a waste of beer (haha).
