Against the Grain: 10 Reasons to Give Up Grains

I haven't fully given up all grains, but I know that I do feel better when I don't eat them or at least eat in moderation.

Giving up wheat and gluten has already made a world of difference and limiting grains only makes sense to me (if not giving them all together).
